I added a plain text field to the Shipping Options section by going to the Page Configuration module, and going to the Shipping/Billing page. After selecting the Shipping Options section, I clicked &quot;Add field&quot; and added the text I wanted to display and to display at the top of the section. Since Checkout Manager pages uses XHTML, be sure to close any tags (and use valid XHTML) if you add more than just text.
