If you’re attending this year’s Yahoo! Merchant Summit, we look forward to seeing you next month. You can get the latest agenda, speaker line-up, travel option information, and more on our Summit web site.

If you haven’t already done so, be sure to book your travel accommodations soon! The Summit takes place at the Santa Clara Marriott in Santa Clara, CA.

If you haven’t registered for the Yahoo! Merchant Summit yet, register today to take advantage of our early bird pricing of $199. The early bird pricing ends on July 15 (that’s tomorrow!), so register now before the regular registration fee of $249 takes effect.

A few things to look forward to at this year’s Summit

John Lawson is the Summit’s featured speaker, brought to you by American Express OPEN®. John is an ecommerce business CEO, international business keynote speaker, award-winning social media strategist, and American Express featured business and commercial TV personality who has also appeared on Fox News. To read more about John, check out ColderICE, his ecommerce blog.

New this year, we’ve added two optional workshops that will take place on Tuesday, August 9, beginning at 9 a.m. Summit attendees interested in arriving early for these morning workshops can choose from Beginning RTML or Yahoo! Web Analytics Basics.

Beginning RTML will be taught by RTML guru Istvan Siposs, who has been a Yahoo! store developer for 12 years. This workshop will provide a solid foundation for using RTML to edit and customize your Yahoo! store. Yahoo! Web Analytics Basics is a hands-on workshop run by Yahoo! Web Analytics expert Mihaela Popa. This workshop will help you understand and monitor basic reports and analytics for your Yahoo! store.

Here’s what one of our 2010 Yahoo! Merchant Summit attendees had to say about last year’s Summit: "I can say without reservation that attending just one Yahoo! Merchant Summit has translated into millions of dollars in additional sales revenues for my web site. The Summit was the single most profitable event I have attended in my professional career." (Bob Goodliffe — President, Cyberweld.com)

A special thanks to American Express OPEN, our Premier Sponsor for the 2011 Yahoo! Merchant Summit, and to our Patron Sponsors Exclusive Concepts, Nextopia, and Paypal.

See you next month in Santa Clara!
