Hi Serkan,
Thank you for your comment. We appreciate the feedback. For Web Hosting stores using Store Tags, a future enhancement for this is being looked at.

Hi Jenifer,
Why cant we use this let say redirecting "http://example.com/index.html" to "http://www.example.com/index.html"? I just signed up for yahoo ecommerce and i ve been told that since i use my custom template with store tags instead of rtml template i cant do a simple global redirect. Htaccess is also not supported by yahoo so it is out of question as well. So I was wondering whether there would be an alternative solution.

Hi Terry,
Thanks for letting me know about this issue. I haven't encountered this with other stores, so just wanted to let you know that was received, and that this is being checked into for you.

Jennifer - We're still having problems with 373 404 errors (page not found) as reported in google webmaster tools although they are loaded correctly at page redirect manager. I've checked and pages have been deleted but google is still not finding them. What is the page name of our page redirect manager so that we can have googlebot fetch and resubmit/index from google webmaster tools?

Hi Victor,
Here are a couple of things you might want to check on. Existing site pages cannot be redirected (entered as the Old Page URL) while the page still exists on your site. You'll either need to rename the page first, or delete it if you already have a different page in place that you're trying to redirect the page to. Also, the domain needs to resolve to the store domain. (And this doesn't seem to be the case for you, but for anyone else reading looking for troubleshooting tips, URLs entered must be absolute URLs and not relative paths.) Just to double-check, the redirects need to be published from within Page Redirect Manager before they'll take effect on your live site. If you've verified all of this and are still experiencing problems, please let me know and someone will look into the issue for you.

It doesn't seem to be working for me. Do you know if there are any conflicts with the global domain redirect? I have ours pointing to "www".
